Rob Kerr
Robert Kerr graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University and spent several years practicing as an engineer before turning his focus to law. He has assisted clients to resolve numerous local construction disputes and understands the unique issues that a Muskoka construction project might encounter.
Robert joined the firm in August 2009 and has expanded his practice to provide a wider range of legal services which include real estate, wills, corporate law and general commercial litigation.
Robert previously worked at a large downtown Vancouver law firm specializing in construction law and representing builders, owners, contractors and engineers in a wide variety of construction lien and civil litigation matters.
A member of the Muskoka Homebuilder’s Association, Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce and Executive Member of the Muskoka Law Association, he is also involved in several local sports leagues and can often be found enjoying the many outdoor activities that Muskoka has to offer.
