Nicholas B. Roche (“Nick”) is a longtime Muskoka resident whose family has its origins with Tobin Island on Lake Rosseau. With over 45 years of practice, Nick has assisted clients in almost every area of law.
From selling and buying real estate to civil litigation, from setting up a business or planning your estate, Nick has a wealth of legal experience to assist clients with almost any legal issue. Nick takes pride in his ability to resolve complex property issues that can arise in the purchase and sale of property in Muskoka. A buyer or seller never expects problems with their real estate deal, but its nice to know that if there is a problem Nick has seen it before and can provide a solution.
Nick is very involved in the Bracebridge Lions and many other community organizations in the Muskoka region. He has two sons and a grandson that keeps him active throughout Bracebridge.
Robert Kerr graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University and spent several years practicing as an engineer before turning his focus to law. He has assisted clients to resolve numerous local construction disputes and understands the unique issues that a Muskoka construction project might encounter.
Robert joined the firm in August 2009 and has expanded his practice to provide a wider range of legal services which include real estate, wills, corporate law and general commercial litigation.
Robert previously worked at a large downtown Vancouver law firm specializing in construction law and representing builders, owners, contractors and engineers in a wide variety of construction lien and civil litigation matters.
A member of the Muskoka Homebuilder’s Association, Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce and Executive Member of the Muskoka Law Association, he is also involved in several local sports leagues and can often be found enjoying the many outdoor activities that Muskoka has to offer.
